This is the fourth year that Amy Terry has been an educator with the Trenton Public Schools.  She is currently teaching STEAM at Hedke Elementary School.  Prior to Hedke, she taught 7th grade science at Boyd Arthurs Middle School.  She has also taught 5th grade in Riverview and Wayne-Westland, as well as middle school in Wayne-Westland.  This is currently her 15th year teaching. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Central Michigan University, with middle level endorsements in Integrated Science, Reading, and English.  She earned her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Michigan- Dearborn.  Most recently, she earned her K-12 Basic Administration Certificate from Eastern Michigan University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.  Her goal is to see all 50 states by the time she turns 50. She's currently at 37 states at the age of 37.
