Juli Szalka began her teaching career in 2001 and has been an educator in Trenton since 2016. She received a bachelor's degree from Albion College and a master's degree from U of M Dearborn.  Mrs. Szalka has taught:  Reading Recovery/Literacy Leader, 4/5 split, Media, and fifth grade.  She currently teaches third grade at Anderson Elementary.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and attending sporting events.
