Anissa Kiah has been an educator since 1997 in Trenton Public Schools.  She is currently teaching 3rd at Hedke Elementary School.  Before teaching 3rd, she also taught 4th grade.  She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's degree in Reading from EMU.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children.
