Alyson Block is entering her 20th year as an educator with Trenton Public Schools.  She is currently teaching sixth grade at Boyd Arthurs Middle School.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan - Dearborn and earned a Master’s degree in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, and traveling.
