Joe Dettling is entering his 21st year as an educator with Trenton Public Schools.  He is currently teaching 5th grade.  Before entering 5th grade, he also taught 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th, grade.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Siena Heights University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and golfing.
