Melissa Cabauatan has been employed with Trenton Public Schools since 2000.  She began her career in the Deaf ad Hard of Hearing Center Base Program as the High School Deaf and Hard of Hearing teacher.  Currently, she is part of the outreach program and works as a Teacher Consultant for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing providing support to students that attend Dearborn Public Schools.  She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Deaf Education from Eastern Michigan University.  She also graduated with a Masters Degree in Education from Marygrove as well as an additional Masters Degree in Administration from Concordia University.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading about far off places she would love to travel and spending time with her husband and son, Connor.  Melissa is a lifelong resident of Trenton and is a proud to represent Trenton Public Schools.
