Dr. Michael K. Doyle

 Dr. Michael K. Doyle is in his second year as a community liaison director for Trenton Public Schools. Before becoming a director, he was the principal of Trenton High School for thirteen years. Dr. Doyle was an assistant principal in Trenton from 2000 to 2005. Prior to Trenton, he was an assistant principal in Allen Park from 1996 to 2000. From 1987 to 1996  Dr. Doyle taught social studies and biology at Dearborn High School. He began his career in education in 1985 by teaching social studies at Deerfield High School in Deerfield, Michigan. 

 In his spare time, Dr. Doyle enjoys skiing, sailing, and teaching in the graduate program at Wayne State University. He has two grown children, Kevin and Colleen. Dr. Doyle and his wife Jackie recently brought Hayden, a golden retriever into their family.
