Mrs. Casey Hurst
Casey Hurst is entering her eighth year as an educator. She is currently teaching first grade at Anderson Elementary School. Before teaching first grade, Mrs. Hurst taught reading intervention at Hedke Elementary School in Trenton and special education at Wyandotte Public Schools. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education (Learning Disabilities), and she has a Master's degree in Reading from Wayne State University. She has also earned her TESOL Certification (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). When she isn't teaching, Mrs. Hurst likes traveling, indoor cycling, and spending time with her family.
