Add Photos to the Photo Gallery App

  • Add photos to a Photo Gallery.

    1. In Site Manager, navigate to the workspace containing the Photo Gallery App to which you want to add more photos.
    2. Click Actions to the right of the page and select Edit Page from the drop-down list. The page opens in Edit Mode.
    3. Click on the Photo Gallery app. The app opens.
    4. Click Upload Photos and click Select Files. Locate your image files and click Open. Note that you can also select your image files using drag and drop.
    5. Click Upload.
    6. Click Publish.

    Add a Caption to the Photo

    1. Click Edit to the right of the photo you wish to caption.
    2. Enter a caption for the photo in the Caption field.
    3. Click Save. The photo caption is saved and you are returned to the workspace.
    4. Click Publish.

    Transitions

    1. Click the Photo Gallery App. The app opens.
    2. Click App Options.
    3. On the General Tab, locate the Transition Delay field.
    4. Enter a value for the number of seconds to pause before displaying the next photo.
    5. Click Save.
    6. Click Publish.

    Continuously loop a Photo Gallery audio file.

    1. Edit your Photo Gallery App.
    2. Click App Options.
    3. On the General Tab, locate and activate the Loop Audio checkbox.
    4. Click Save.
    5. Click Publish.

    To disable the continuous looping, repeat the steps above and deactivate the Loop Audio checkbox.
