Trenton Public Schools - 2025/2026 Banquet Info

Dear TPS Community,

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide meaningful and memorable experiences for our students, the Trenton Board of Education has approved a pilot initiative to establish a designated venue for all off-site banquets.

Due to the recent confirmation that the Westfield Center will not be available for an undetermined length of time, Trenton High School will be unable to host banquets and/or other events there.  After careful review of several suitable locations—each with a history of hosting Trenton High School events such as homecomings and proms—the Board has selected The Grecian Center as the exclusive venue for the 2025-2026 school year. 

This partnership with The Grecian Center ensures:

  • Consistency and fairness across all student groups and events,
     
  • Equitable access for every student and family (see the menu below),
     
  • Safe, well-supervised environments, and
     
  • High-quality experiences that reflect the pride and tradition of Trenton Public Schools.

It is important to note that school groups may still choose to host their banquets and recognition events on district property. The exclusive arrangement with The Grecian Center applies only to off-site events.

During the pilot period, the administration will evaluate the effectiveness of this arrangement and present a recommendation to the Board of Education at its conclusion.
