Steps

1. Open the Start menu. 
2. Click Settings Gear on the left column of Start.
3. Go to "Update and Security" 
4. Choose "Windows Update"
5. Click the Install Now button 

Windows 10 has an option to "Change active hours". Your active hours have been preset to: 7:00AM - 5:00PM. You may change these if you wish to extend the active hours.

NOTE: You must leave your computer turned on, beyond the active hours for Windows Updates to occur automatically.

Weekly Virus Scan

1. On the task bar in the bottom right of your screen > Right Click the Blue circle with the Checkmark
2. Open Trend Micro Anti-Virus
3. Click "Update Now" 
4. On the task bar in the bottom right of your screen > Right Click the Blue circle with the Checkmark
5. Choose Scan
