Graduating Students

When you started at Trenton you received a Trenton User Account and an Email Address

Those accounts were used to access:

  • Computers ( Drive "H" Home)
  • Chromebooks
  • ClassLink/Schoology
  • StudentConnect
  • WIFI

Your access to those services will end when you leave Trenton Schools.

Please do the following to prepare for your future.

  1. Set up a personal email account early in your senior year.
  2. Use your personal account for college/job applications/purchases.
  3. Use your personal account for online apps that belong to you, not the school.
  4. Send your friends an email notifying them to use your new email address after graduation.
  5. Change the "email" or "rescue email" address on any other account that uses your address.
    • Apps, Social Media, Online Services etc…
  6. Set up a Vacation Responder with a message containing your new email account (see "How to"  below)
  7. Use Google TakeOut to transfer your @student.trentonschools account to a personal one before your last day.

  1. Move any files you wish to keep (if you saved in your “H” drive or Desktop)
    1. To your Google Drive (before you use Google TakeOut)
    2. To an external USB Drive
    3. Download and save any online files from other programs you may have had access to (Adobe)

We wish you well with your new endeavors.
