Graduating Students
When you started at Trenton you received a Trenton User Account and an Email Address.
Those accounts were used to access:
- Computers ( Drive "H" Home)
- Chromebooks
- ClassLink/Schoology
- StudentConnect
- WIFI
Your access to those services will end when you leave Trenton Schools.
Please do the following to prepare for your future.
- Set up a personal email account early in your senior year.
- Use your personal account for college/job applications/purchases.
- Use your personal account for online apps that belong to you, not the school.
- Send your friends an email notifying them to use your new email address after graduation.
- Change the "email" or "rescue email" address on any other account that uses your @student.trentonschools.com address.
- Apps, Social Media, Online Services etc…
- Set up a Vacation Responder with a message containing your new email account (see "How to" below)
- Use Google TakeOut to transfer your @student.trentonschools account to a personal one before your last day.
Files
- Move any files you wish to keep (if you saved in your “H” drive or Desktop)
- To your Google Drive (before you use Google TakeOut)
- To an external USB Drive
- Download and save any online files from other programs you may have had access to (Adobe)
We wish you well with your new endeavors.
