The third jack is for the Network. Plug an ethernet cable into this port and connect the other end of this cable into the network jack on the wall.
The fourth jack on the right connects your laptop/desktop to the network. Plug an ethernet cable into this jack on your phone (1) and connect the other end to your computer (2).
