1. Click the "+" next to the "Driver-Audio"
2. Download Assistant Page pops up > Choose: "No thanks, I will download and install manually"
3. Download the driver 
4. Once the download is complete > Right Click on the driver and select Run as Administrator
5. Follow the installation steps through Accept / Install / Finish
6. Wait two to three minutes, and watch the bottom right corner of the task bar > the HP icon will appear > the icon will disappear when it has completed the process.
7. Once the icon disappears Restart the laptop
