Dr. Samantha Kesteloot
Dr. Samantha Kesteloot began her career as an educational audiologist with Trenton Public Schools in May of 2020. She received her Doctorate from Wayne State University (WSU) in April 2020 after completing her 4th year externship at the Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) in St. Louis, Missouri. During her graduate education Dr. Kesteloot was heavily involved in leadership roles within audiology organizations, locally and nationally. She served as President for WSU's Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) and later as Advocacy Chair on the executive board of National SAA. She also remained committed to volunteer activities involving children with hearing loss by running the teen program at Family Matters and assisting with the leadership program at Bear Lake Camp. Prior to graduate school, she worked as an audiologist's assistant in Lapeer County for 4 years.
