Application & Instructions

Submit the Schools of Choice Application electronically:

1. Download and print the Limited Enrollment Application.

2. Complete all 3 pages of the application.

3. It is imperative that each section that requires a signature, is signed and dated.

4. Scan all 3 pages of the completed application.

5. Completed applications may be emailed to: drabczykj@trentonschools.com
